I hit up the Louisville outlets for some fantastic shopping this past weekend with C and B, and hilarious anecdote from the weekend is that as B and I were driving down, I casually mentioned to her that I was on the search for some navy pumps. We go into the Ann Taylor Outlet store and I scoped out the sales shoe rack and there was a pair of navy perfect pumps in my size…on final sale…for $10 ($9.98 if we’re getting techincal). If that’s not shoe fate, I don’t know what is!! The kicker? B said that I should wish for more things! :)

Two bike items is a lot in a month, even for me, but trust me when I say this Old Navy t-shirt and the Talbots Outlet sweater are perfection. I can’t wait to showcase them both on the blog…though probably not together! Bike overload!

I’m still really trying to make conscious purchases that stay true to my “style vision” and I think all of this month’s purchases apply to that.

I did finally score the Merona bow flats from Target, and they are really perfection: affordable and feet-friendly! No blisters at all both times I’ve worn them out! Another items from my 2015 Wishlist down! Next month I’ll be on the prowl for some classic shorts (maybe these?) and some striped espadrille flats (hello perfection from Loft)!

How did you do this month? I’m linking up with Franish’s Budgeting Bloggers, and you should too!

  • What a steal for those pumps! Love the flats you got, too!

Oh my goodness!!! I looove your bow flats!! I tried them on in store and didn’t love the pointy toe on me. Then, just now, I went online, and found a black patent round toe bow flat for $10.48!!!! Yes!! Thanks again for the inspiration!! Love your blog!!!

$10?! Shut your mouth. I love AT’s heels. So comfy (as heels go, anyway).

  • Holy moly. I can’t believe you scored the perfect navy pumps for $10! That’s shopping fate right there!

  • $10 is an amazing deal. Almost unheard of! Is there such a thing as too many bike items? I think not. You should put all the bike items on in your closet and do a little stop motion thing. That would be fun. My immediate i-must-have-that piece are your merona bow flats. I have been really enjoying my viv/emery flats from J.Crew factory/retail, but they don’t come in all the colors. Also you have to stalk them to get them in an affordable price range.

I love love outlet shopping and it seems that you and those pumps were destined to be together

Outlet shopping can be SO rewarding. Are the Louisville outlets worth a trip? My favourite ones are in Orlando, but Louisville is close to home and could make for a fun weekend. LOVE your bike tee and all of your bike-themed finds in general. The shuttlecock shirt is also pretty great.

  • I love how all of your items coordinate this month! I’ve been eyeing that windowpane skirt from Loft for a while now–I’ll be interested to see how you style it!

  • Super excited to hear about the bow Merona flats. Will check them out soon. Thanks for sharing!

  • I want those embellished sandals! Of course, I just found out about them today and they’re sold out in my size (boo). Maybe they’ll come back, though. I also just bought the windowpane skirt today… haha! Great deals this month. :)
