Five for Friday, Vol. 7

*A feature that I am going to run on Fridays (along with a daily outfit post) is called “Five for Friday.” I’ll be featuring five items from Target’s website that I am lusting after and feel could work wonders, if I had them in my daily wardrobe.

Guys, Target seems to have some amazing scarves for sale lately. I want them all. But as you all know, I am on a shopping ban until Christmas, which means imaginary shopping it is. Therefore, I declare this week’s Five for Friday’s feature to be ALL ABOUT SCARVES! So maybe you can buy them…and tell me about them…and mail them to me to let me steal borrow them? You guys rock.

1. Oversized City Lights Blue scarf (I actually purchased this one before my ban and I can’t wait to see how pretty it is in person)
2. Mossimo Supply Tree scarf (colorful and almost a piece of art)
3. Gold Leaf scarf (super chic and would look great with black this holiday season!)
4. Oversized Black Sheep scarf (it is no secret that I love me some animal graphic items and this one has a hidden black sheep. Dorbs to the max!)
5. Oversized Map scarf (love the map and how great would this be for a friend who loves to travel?)

Tell me what you think about these scarves?! Do you like an item-specific Five for Friday?

Hope you all had a great Thanksgiving. I ate too much dessert…story of my life. I’m off to look online for Black Friday deals, as I am too much of a wimp to battle the crowds. The five items I picked this week reflect the sweater sale that Target has been running all week. 40% off sweaters!

1. Merona bow cardigan (put a bow on it, and I’ll probably want it)
2. Merona colorblock sweater (like your classic cable knits, but cooler)
3. Merona Peter Pan cardigan (sweet with the Peter Pan collar and cool with the studs)
4. Merona open cardigan (love a good black/white graphic print and this one seems pretty swell)
5. Mossimo graphic sweater (love the mixing of patterns on this one)

Enjoy this sales and the family time during this weekend, and this sweater filled Five for Friday!

Five for Friday, Vol. 5

So a feature that I am going to run on Fridays (along with a daily outfit post) is called “Five for Friday.” I’ll be featuring five items from Target’s website that I am lusting after and feel could work wonders, if I had them in my daily wardrobe. The five I picked this week are to get prepared for the upcoming holidays with a black and gold combination.

1. Mossimo sequin shirt (perfect for both holidays and going out and would be great for New Years)
2. Target Limited Edition clutch (love the stripes and that this comes with a strap for crossbody wear)
3. Statement necklace (statement necklaces are such a cool trend right now and this one is at a reasonable price point compared to many other stores)
4. Xhilaration dress (I love their fit and flare dresses and this one would be great with a cardigan for an office party or family event)
5. Sam & Libby flats (classically cool smoking loafers, which are another huge trend this year)

Enjoy this week’s Black and Gold themed Five for Friday!

Five for Friday, Vol. 4

So a feature that I am going to run on Fridays (along with a daily outfit post) is called “Five for Friday.” I’ll be featuring five items from Target’s website that I am lusting after and feel could work wonders, if I had them in my daily wardrobe. The five I picked this week are a classic neutral bunch…

1. Merona velvet blazer (velvet seems to be making a splash this winter, and I really like the rich feel this navy one adds)
2. Mossimo leopard flats (bought these yesterday, actually, and can’t wait to wear them)
3. Merona chunky sweater (this is on its way to me via mail from Target.com, and I’m betting it is a cousin to the expensive LLBean sweaters)
4. Mossimo biker jacket (classically cool and this one looks a lot warmer than other ones I have seen)
5. Merona striped sweater (I also own this one, and it adds a Parisan feel to anything I rock with it. Love it.)

So those are my Five for Friday this week! Can’t wait to continued rocking some of these items in the blog!

What have you gotten recently from Target?

Five for Friday, Vol. 3

So a feature that I am going to run on Fridays (along with a daily outfit post) is called “Five for Friday.” I’ll be featuring five items from Target’s website that I am lusting after and feel could work wonders, if I had them in my daily wardrobe. The five I picked this week are…

1. Mossimo MB denim jacket (perfect staple piece for this great fall weather)
2. Merona kitten heels (being 5’9″, I love a good kitten heel for just a bit of added height and polish)
3. Merona belt (classic print that will be a staple piece for mixing and matching patterns)
4. Merona peplum shirt (I haven’t tried the peplum trend yet, but as soon as this goes on sale…I am)
5. Merona cardigan (I have about 30 of these cardigans…and still need this polka dot one for my collection!)

Too bad I am spending a weekend with the Fiance’s family this weekend, or I might be buying all of these up!
