It’s hard to look fashionable when it is 16 degrees outside, and you just want to zip yourself into a sleeping bag and hop your way into work. Guilty.
But other times, you just can’t let winter win.
So in those situations, it’s time to pile on your most fashionable items and pull off your best winter luxury look. And that’s exactly what I did on this particular this day with my camel coat, faux fur stole/scarf, and cozy black earmuffs.

*Okay, this might be a bit skewed, but we’re going with it.
What happens when you
steal borrow a look from one of the most popular bloggers around?
You end up look pretty good! (Breaks arm from patting herself on the back…)
I had this classic look (here) pinned from Blair of Atlantic-Pacific for quite some time, and on one of our last cold days (hopefully…maybe…fingers crossed?), I finally made it happen!
Now the real question is…do you think Blair will let me borrow anything from her closet? Definitely, probably, maybe?
Pinterest inspiration that is. It’s honestly one of my favorite ways to find new outfit inspiration (besides my normal blog favorites) and new blogs to follow!
I knew as soon as I saw this pin on Pinterest that I had to duplicate it! I loved the mix of neutrals with the pop of red coming from the gloves/mittens! I switched out the black skirt and tights for black jeans, but otherwise, almost an exact copy! This camel coat is honestly my favorite closet item right now, and I can’t stop wearing it, so I was thrilled to have it really make this outfit (along with the perfect red lipstick thanks to Anthropologie)!
So thank you to Katarzyna from Make Life Easier for the outfit inspiration and an extra thank you to the folks who created Pinterest for truly making life easier by providing endless outfit inspiration! ;)
ps. Be sure to follow me on Pinterest (here), if you want more great outfit inspiration!
