Just another pulled together office look for another WIWIW Wednesday. I’m such a huge fan of animal print clothing and lace tops that this was pretty much a no-brainer to put them both together. Top it off with a professional purse, some dangle earrings and a pair of fierce red kitten heels (meow!) and you have yourself a look that is appropriate for almost any office.

Unless you can’t wear animal print…in that case, I don’t want to work there!

Items from the Look:

  • Merona Messenger Handbag
  • Merona Lace Top (comes in black, navy, and white)
  • Blue Dangle Earrings
  • AMBAR Zebra Pencil Skirt (I have to check this collection out soon)
  • Merona Kitten Heel Pump ($15 – there is no reason NOT to check these out)

Inspiration for this week’s What I Wish I Wore Wednesday: I’ve been lusting over some sneaker looks lately on Pinterest, and the weather has been so blah lately. Put these two together with my favorite all-weather coat from Target, and you get Rainy Day Retro Sportswear, aka this post, aka what I wish I could wear EVERY day (not just on Wednesdays). Comfy shoes, comfy pants, and a comfy shirt, count me in. Plus this is the same watch that I wear every. single. day. Only this one is new and white, and mine is slightly graying with age (aren’t we all? ;) ).

Items from the Look:

  • C9 by Champion Long Softshell Jacket (see my review here)
  • Mossimo Supply Co. Graphic Sweatshirt
  • Mossimo Ankle Ponte Pant
  • C9 by Champion Impact Athletic Shoe
  • Timex Ironman Watch (I’ve had some variation of this watch for 7+ years, it is my “trademark” and I highly recommend this one)

Oh look, two of my favorite patterns (stripes and polka dots) together in one look? She’s soooo original! I kept it business appropriate with a nice crisp and bright white collared shirt and pencil skirt, but the shoes and the statement earrings keep it fun and a bit quirky, which as you, my dear readers know, is how I like to rock it here on Style On Target.

I’d love a day off this week. Some weeks, you just need a mental health day. Do you guys ever feel that way? I’m not going to use my vacation days this week (saving up for some other events this year)…but to get me through this week? I’m pretending like I’m wearing this for a day of sightseeing in downtown Indianapolis. Here’s hoping that will help get me through the week!

What do you think of this day off look? Would you rock it on a weekend or a free day off of work?

Items from the Look:

  • Merona Colorblock Cardigan
  • Denizen Skinny Jeans (my favorite jeans from Target…and maybe ever?)
  • Xhilaration Graphic Tee
  • Cuff Bracelet
  • Merona Wedge Ankle Boots (out of stock online, similar 1, similar 2)
  • Cannon EOS T3i Digital DSLR Camera (full disclosure: this is NOT the camera I own)

What I Wish I Wore, Vol. 15 – How I Would Wear Peter Pilotto for Target

So I showed you how cute I look in the dressing room reviewing some prints, but I didn’t want to leave the Peter Pilotto collection behind just yet. Apparently, it set sales records, and I love seeing people on Instagram rocking the items. I’m still on the fence about getting anything, but wanted to play around with this black and white skirt (here), since it was my favorite piece of the collection.I kept it fairly basic with pops of color from an awesome statement necklace.

What do you think? Have you bought anything from the collection yet?
